Erin works with children, youth, adults and families. In addition to an MSW, Erin has specialized training in Art Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

Over the past 15+ years, Erin has had the privilege of working with people of all ages, experiencing many different struggles such as anxiety and other mental health challenges, trauma, and grief and loss. Erin has a special interest in providing gender-affirming care, working with artists, and working with clients who identify as neurodiverse and neuroatypical.

Erin works to create a safe and inviting space for her clients to find their inner creativity and voice on the road to growth and healing.

Gillian works with children, youth and adults, as well as parents and caregivers. She is trained IFS, EMDR and Circle of Security Parenting.

Gillian specializes in relational and childhood trauma, parenting and self-esteem. She is a proud mom of a busy, spirited boy, who reminds her every day that life is made up of the little joys, but also that parenting is HARD.
